Tips for Use:
- The best containers to use are open, which allow air flow. (see image)
- The containers can be made of glass, ceramic, and some metals.
- Tall containers with only the top open are not ideal as they do not allow proper air flow.
- Paint and finishes can be harmed because of the fragrance oils used to scent pinecones.
- Always place pinecones in a safe container and test a small spot before applying whole bag.
FAQ:
- The fragrance will be strongest for 3-4 weeks, and then begin to fade
- After the scent begins to fade you have a few options: Move to smaller room such as a bathroom, use as a fire starter in the fall / winter months, or throw them away and order more :)

I like to start with the whole bag of pinecones in one container. If the scent is too strong, you can move them to other rooms or place them back in bag and seal it for later use.
